The Gaube Lake
25 km form Argelès Gazost, passing through Cauterets, situated in the Pyrenean National Park, the Gaube Lake with the Vignemale Mountain in the background, has become one of the favourite excursions since the XIX century.
If you like hiking, reach the Gaube Lake by the path which begins before the “Pont d’Espagne”. If not, a secure chair-lift is available. Then enjoy the spectacular scenery of one of the most prestigious spots of the area.
